Education Technology Coordinator in the Philippines
Is God calling you to support theological education by managing the technical side of online learning at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS) in the Philippines?
The professors and staff at APNTS are bridging cultures for Christ and equipping new generations of leaders to spread the gospel in Asia, the Pacific and around the world. The Educational Technology Coordinator will join this passionate education team by supporting them in the critical areas of online and hybrid education. This person will oversee the technical implementation and operation the seminary’s on-line and hybrid (on-line and face-to-face) classes and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain classrooms for hybrid classes
- Train faculty and students to use synchronous and asynchronous hybrid technologies
- Oversee, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hybrid/conferencing systems in coordination with the IT department
- Coordinate with seminary program directors the expansion of course offerings with online platforms
Requirements:
- Knowledge in both education and educational technology
- Ability to both create and maintain online platforms and hybrid classrooms
- MA or MS in related fields
