You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing excellent care, and supporting the cafe’s mission to be a welcoming space for fellowship and outreach. This role is essential in creating a warm, inviting environment where people can experience God’s love through hospitality and community engagement.

Cafe Sweet Surrender has been a fixture in the community for nearly two decades, offering a unique space where locals and internationals alike can gather. The cafe plays a crucial role in our broader mission to reach out to the community, providing not only quality food and beverages but also a place for meaningful conversations and spiritual growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide customer service, creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.
Train and manage cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Ensure the cafe maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management and ordering supplies.
Oversee the cafe’s social media presence.
Requirements

Experience in cafe or restaurant management.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and manage staff.
