This missionary will be a part of the district team which is working to strategically disciple new believers and develop new leadership in existing cell groups in Aguachica, in order to help them mature into a strong, healthy new church.

- Organization of a new church

- Gifting in relational evangelism
- Pastoral heart
- Ability for administration
