Is God calling you to cross cultural, creative and compassionate ministry on the US/Mexico Border? This missionary will join the El Paso Global Missions missionary team to encourage and learn from the South Western Latin and New Mexico Districts, by leading missions teams and participating in what God is doing on the Border.

Here’s just a taste of what happens around here: Breaking the Cycle of Poverty Initiatives. Economic Development Food Security including Community gardening Immigrant Support and Welcome Compassionate Ministry Health Care Creative discipleship and relationship building through language, cooking and sewing classes.  You won’t just be filling a role you’ll be  shaping the future  of how the church engages a broken world. In a city where cultures are blending and needs are rising, your passion, creativity, and commitment could make all the difference.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate short-term mission teams in  El Paso, and along the US border. 
• Engage in community outreach, evangelism, and service projects.
• Provide spiritual guidance and discipleship for team members.
• Coordinate logistics and maintain communication with local partners.

Requirements:

• A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Passion for missions, discipleship, and community engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and ministry contexts.
• Commitment to the full 9-month assignment, including training.
