ADVANCE is an opportunity to develop leadership and ministry skills while also participating in the cause of the King and His kingdom. The ADVANCE team leader will receive specialized missionary training before beginning their assignment in Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate human resources and financial budgets.
- Spiritual Leadership
- Project Management Skills in planning, logistics, and communication
