ADVANCE Team – Campinas, Brazil
Is God calling you to invest in communities in Campinas, Brazil? Advance is an opportunity to develop leadership and ministry skills while participating in meaningful service for the King’s Cause and His Kingdom. You will be assigned to a team of 2 to 4 people, working alongside local ministry leaders.
Your role will be to build relationships and equip others to serve effectively, engaging in local ministry and addressing the needs of the area; such as church planting, evangelism, leadership development, and more, while also facilitating and leading short-term mission teams. This experience will prepare you for future ministry and mission opportunities through the development of leadership skills, discipleship, and cross-cultural engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate short-term mission teams.
- Actively engage in community outreach, evangelism, and service projects.
- Coordinate logistics and maintain communication with local partners and contacts.
- Support the mission and vision of the local church.
Requirements:
- Have an active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Be actively involved in a ministry at your local church.
- Passion for missions, discipleship, and community engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural and ministerial contexts.
- Commitment to an 8-month assignment, including training.
