Assistant Field Strategy Coordinator

Is God calling you to use your leadership and ministry experience to serve as the Assistant Field Strategy Coordinator and be directly involved in implementing the strategy and vision of the South Asia Field?

The South Asia Field includes 5 countries, each with widely different religious and social contexts. Altogether, Christians make up only about 1.3% of more than 425 million people who live in these 5 countries.

In order to carry out our mission to make Christlike disciples, it is essential to have a strong field leadership team to support the ministry teams on each District and in each ministry context.

The assistant field strategy coordinator will play a key role, collaborating closely with the field strategy coordinator, the field office team, district superintendent team, Nazarene Compassionate ministry team, and other ministry teams.

This role would be best suited to a strong leader with significant experience in cross-cultural ministry, church development, administrative skills, and pastoral training/education.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the field strategy coordinator
• Oversee field operations
• Provide practical leadership training for pastors and district leaders
• Serve as an Advisor and Consultant to each District Team for Legal Issues, Property Issues, Human Resource Issues, Church Registration Issues, etc.
• Travel around the field for teaching and training, district assemblies, events, legal/property issues, and conflict resolution within the church

Requirements:

• Ordination
• Fluent English
• Experience in managing a variety of human resource and legal issues
