Is God calling you to serve at a missional coffee house in the cosmopolitan area of South West London?
The missionary will be work in a missional coffeehouse which seeks to be a relational hub in the heart of this vibrant South West London community, bringing together people from all walks of life, creating spaces for genuine friendships, cohesion and the Good News of hope, renewal, regeneration, and love that we have in Jesus Christ.
Background:
We are launching a missional coffee house in our newly renovated church building, which is in a busy cosmopolitan area of South West London. We are at the crossroads of extremes, in terms of communities that have great deprivation and great wealth.
The coffee house will be a space that facilitates our primary mission, "to make Christlike disciples, in community, through genuine friendships."
The building will also be used by various groups in the area (Christian and otherwise) that serve and enrich the local population. The coffeehouse space will be a place where clients of all these groups will interact with each other, the church and members of the public.
The space will also be used increasingly over time for church activities and compassionate ministries. The aim is to be open and serving in many different ways every day of the week.

Housing:
The missionary may be housed in the home of local Christians from the Church of the Nazarene and those from other local churches who we work alongside.

- Serve and interact with members of the public, the church, and users of the building
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Fully enter into the congregational life of Fresh Ground, helping with:
- worship
- youth and children's ministries.
- Participate in small home groups, where he or she will disciple and be discipled
- Opportunities for:
- leading services
- preaching
- Bible studies
Requirements:
- Barista and food hygiene training will be given on arrival, though any previous experience in the catering/cafe industry would be beneficial.
Housing:
