This missionary will use contemporary tools to serve and develop district leadership in all areas that will benefit the mission and goals of the Buenos Aires West (BAO) District.
Description:
The ministry developer has opportunity to train ministerial leaders by providing them with useful ministry tools in contemporary ways through different virtual platforms and, whenever possible, in-person.
Responsibilities:
- train ministerial leaders
- use contemporary tools (virtual and in-person) to train and lead
- work with leaders in local churches and throughout the district
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, theology or ministry
- Experience in theological education, K-12 education or church development
- Adaptability
- Spanish language skills or the ability to learn Spanish
- Knowledge of theology
