Responsibilities:
- To Pioneer, Develop, and Resource, Local, Interdependent, and Sustainable Nazarene Churches
- Facilitate training and mentoring of local pastoral leaders
Requirements:
- Cross-cultural adaptability
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in church development, or theological education
