Church Planter and Developer
Is God calling you to use your experience in and passion for church planting to help develop the Church in Madrid, Spain?
This missionary will help to develop existing churches in Madrid, encouraging missional engagement in their communities and beyond with church plants.
Responsibilities:
- Pastor a local church in urban Madrid, engaging in all church leadership and outreach tasks
- Preach, teach and mentor
- Develop local leaders
- Model a missional emphasis and lead outreach to the surrounding communities
- Be part of a district team of national and missionary leaders to support one another in the church planting efforts in Spain
- Develop and encourage local engagement in kids and youth ministries, compassionate ministries and neighborhood evangelism
Requirements:
- Ordination or a willingness to engage in the course of study and work towards ordination
- Pastoral skills
- Spanish (fluent)
- English (beginner)
