Is God calling you to support the work of the Theological Seminary in the Philippines to train and mobilize leaders by using your administrative skills? 

The Dean of Administration is responsible to implement a sound business, staffing, and property development plan and to help ensure the fiscal health and progress of the Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS), located in Manila, Philippines, for its role in training and mobilizing pastors, missionaries, teachers, and creative ministers across the Asia-Pacific Region and around the world.

  • Oversee the financial development of the seminary, including the initiation of fund-raising opportunities, managing relationships with external partners, pursuit and management of alternative income sources beyond student tuition & fees, and other initiatives to help ensure the fiscal health and growth of APNTS. 
  • Manage the facilities and grounds owned by the seminary, including the maintenance of campus buildings, care of properties, and planning for future expansion or changes in the campus master plan, working closely with the APNTS/Field Work & Witness Coordinators related to volunteer teams involved in campus projects
  • Lead initiatives for best use of facilities for income generation through rentals, leases, and other revenue-producing activities
  • Take responsibility for support staffing in General Services, Housekeeping, Security and Safety, Health Services, and Human Resources for campus personnel, including employee policies, relations, benefits, and records
  • Assist the President and Finance Manager (who oversee budget management) in financial planning, analyses, and annual reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree with extensive business management experience required; master's degree preferred.
  • English required; familiarity with Tagalog not mandatory but a plus.
