Responsibilities:
- Teenage Ministry Develop and oversee programs that engage, educate, and commission teenagers in the church.
- Conduct regular workshops and training sessions for local District youth leaders.
- Bible Quiz Program Plan, organize, train, equip, and execute regional Bible quiz competitions and resource district and field bible quiz competitions.
- Develop study materials and resources for participants.
- Discipleship/Mentoring Identify and mentor young leaders, fostering a leadership and community service culture within the youth ministry.
- Provide ongoing spiritual guidance and support to youth members.
- Fundraising Develop fundraising strategies to support the teenage ministry and Bible quiz program.
- Engage with local and international donors, seeking financial and material support for youth initiatives.
- Reporting and Communication Regularly report on the progress of the ministry and programs.
- Maintain open lines of communication with district leaders and stakeholders.
