Is God calling you to share the Good News of Jesus in culturally appropriate ways while teaching conversational English classes at a major university in Asia?
In this position, missionaries will offer their skills in education as well as their passion for sharing their faith and making Christlike disciples in culturally-appropriate ways. The teaching responsibilities provide many opportunities to build relationships and engage in conversations about life's deeper issues. All teachers are part of a local support team with a team leader.
Responsibilities:
The teaching assignment may be in areas where general access to the gospel has been greatly restricted and controlled. Teachers must be careful to observe security guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Usually teaching conversational English classes 3-5 days / week at a major university, but specifics vary according to the university
- Master's degree preferred
- Combination of a Bachelor's degree and TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification usually acceptable
- Specific area of study for the Bachelor's usually is not important, but most universities require 5 years of teaching experience
- requirements may vary with location and institution.
