FSC Administrative Suport

The Central Europe Field of the Church of the Nazarene is made up of 13 countries each with its own language, culture, and expression of God’s transforming grace. The Field Strategy Coordinator (FSC) provides spiritual and strategic leadership to these ministries, helping local leaders, districts, and compassionate initiatives flourish and build interdependent churches within the Church of the Nazarene.
The FSC Assistant plays a vital role in this mission helping ensure that the work of the field moves forward with clarity, efficiency, and prayerful coordination. This missionary or sponsored volunteer position is designed for someone who feels called to serve behind the scenes so that others may serve on the front lines. The person in this role will assist the FSC in administration, communication, and logistics, while occasionally traveling throughout the field to provide on-site support for meetings, training events, or leadership development initiatives. This ministry is both practical and spiritual: through organization, communication, and faithful service, the FSC Assistant helps create the space where leaders can focus on what matters most: discipleship, community, and transformation through Christ.
Responsibilities:
- Support the FSC with administrative coordination, including scheduling, correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Organize field meetings and trainings , managing logistics, travel, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Assist in communication and reporting between local districts, the Eurasia Region, and Global Missions.
- Collect and maintain ministry data and records to strengthen accountability and transparency.
- Travel as needed within Central Europe to support events, represent the FSC, or assist local teams.
- Participate in spiritual and team life , contributing to prayer, reflection, and shared mission discernment.
- Organize trainings for leaders who need support with district administration.
Requirements:
- Strong sense of call to cross-cultural ministry and servant leadership.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another European language preferred.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and digital environment Ability to travel across Central Europe several times a year.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration.
- Spiritual maturity and emotional resilience , able to support leadership with confidentiality and grace.
