Outreach Ministries and Church Developer
Is God calling you to use your gifts in evangelism, outreach and church planting to help to develop the church in Latvia?
Latvia is a beautiful country that the Church of the Nazarene entered in 2019.
The outreach ministries and church developer will have an opportunity to work alongside Nazarenes, some from nations outside of Latvia, to pioneer, develop, and resource local, interdependent, and sustainable Nazarene churches.
This role would be best suited for an enthusiastic, prayerful and outgoing person or couple.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate evangelism and church planting efforts
- Facilitate training and mentoring of local pastoral and lay leaders
Requirements:
- Ability to work well in cross-cultural team
- Some level of theological study, at minimum either enrolled in the Course of Study or a call to pursue ordination
