Pastor and Professor of Theological Education
Is God calling you to use your pastoral experience to reopen churches and help train other pastors in the Southern District of Uruguay?
This position presents an opportunity and a challenge to encourage and inspire churches that are struggling to reach the communities around them. This person will also work with pastors across the district in an educational setting teaching theology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in effective evangelism within communities
- Work as a team with the district superintendent and other district leaders
- Work in coordination with the district education leader to teach theology and Nazarene identity
- Cultivate positive relationships with the pastors in the district
Requirements:
- Pastoral experience
- Passion for and ability to disciple new believers
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or a related degree
- Mature character and a teachable spirit
- Advanced Spanish
