Teacher for At-Risk Children and Youth
Position Details:
Is God calling you to be a teacher in a Nazarene learning center for at-risk Myanmar children and youth living in Thailand?
This position works inside the Myanmar diaspora community to outreach for Christ, make disciples, and raise up future leaders. The center’s efforts are driven by the highly active local church.
You would be working beside teachers from Myanmar to supervise 20-30 English-learning students (ages 5-17).
Responsibilities:
Weekly activities include:
- going on house visits,
- attending trainings,
- assisting with center administration, and
- living in the diaspora community where you will commonly see students and their families.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching
