Youth Coordinator
Is God calling you to disciple pre-teens and youth in a local church and surrounding area in Colombia?
The youth coordinator will use his or her gifts in youth ministry and discipleship to lead and mentor a group of pre-teens and youth in the Acts 29 Church of the Nazarene and surrounding community in Chía, Cundinamarca, Columbia.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate the group of pre-teens and youth of the Acts 29 Church and three preaching points in surrounding areas
- Form the team of leaders of pre-teens and youth
- Teach basic discipleship for youth
Requirements:
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Resource management skills
- Spanish proficiency or willingness to learn
