Youth & Kids Outreach and Discipleship
Is God calling you to use your gifts and experience in ministry to kids and young people to disciple the next generation alongside a community space ministry/coffee house church in London?
This outreach and discipleship role is best suited for energetic, gifted children’s workers ready to adapt to non traditional ministry contexts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with leaders and participants of different groups using the community space (moms and tots, music lessons and choirs)
- Develop other groups to reach kids and youth as well as their adults
- Engage in coffee house ministry tasks and participate in the activities of the local church, leading traditional and non traditional Sunday kids ministries.
Requirements:
- Confidence and gifting in ministry to children and youth
- Experience working with youth
- Ability to relate to the next generation
- Great communication skills including through social media
- Experience working in a ministry team
