Managing a coffeehouse business whilst bringing ministry outreach and Christian evangelism & safe space to the core of why the business exists.
Historically, this cafe has gone through times of being seen as a Christian light in the community, to being a safe space for refugees, to losing its identity. Now, under new leadership and vision, the cafe business is being revamped, with community outreach and evangelism at its core. The missionaries on site who are in charge of ministry across Poland need a greater team locally to be able to focus on the business and ministry of the cafe.
Responsibilities:
- Cafe business management and marketing
- Community outreach & Evangelism
Requirements:
- Small business experience preferred.
- Communications/marketing experience
- Ministry experience—local or district license preferred.
- Gifted team leader
- Great communication skills
- Vision and energy for community spaces and evangelism possibilities.
