Saipan Ministry Assistant

The local Church of the Nazarene in Saipan is looking for a ministry assistant to join the current missionaries already serving there. As a ministry assistant, you will help to be the hands and feet of the ministries that we do. The missionaries serving there are bi-vocational, meaning they do not have enough extra time to accomplish all that they want to do. As a ministry assistant, you would free them up in order to accomplish more of what this island needs. This island is full of history, culture, and beautiful people. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing church events and ministries
- Support ministry leaders with the preparation of materials and resources
- Assist with ministry follow-ups and pastoral care coordination
- Coordinate logistics for services, classes, small groups, and special events
- Prepare sermon notes, slides, and worship resources
Requirements:
- Ability to have FUN
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable getting to know new and diverse people
- Demonstrates a Christ-centered, servant-hearted attitude
- Responsive, reliable, and professional in all interactions
